Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performing research to classify new ideas or product.
- Collecting and evaluating information to assist R&D programs.
- Cooperating with multi-functional team members to build new products or enhance current ones.
- Able to design and execute experiments or tests to authenticate ideas.
- Building and recording technical reports.
- Staying informed with scientific developments, industry trends, and competitive setting.
- Handling R&D projects, comprising resources, schedules, and budgets.
- Making sure compliance as per with regulations and protocols relevant to R&D measures.
- Interpreting outcomes, advancement updates, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collecting, establishing, and evaluating research information by using several statistical or qualitative approaches to extract significant insights.
- Making comprehensive research papers, technical reports, or project paperwork to communicate observations, findings, and suggestions to stakeholders within the company.
- Able to coordinate, plan, and track R&D projects, making sure that they are implemented within timelines, budget, and quality protocols.
- Conducts other related duties given by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have DAE/ B.E/ B.Sc in Materials, polymer, chemical from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
