Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform physical stock counts like regular, monthly and surprise checks.
- Able to verify physical stock quantities with system records.
- Classify and report excess quantities, shortages and stock variances effectively.
- Make sure correct alignment between physical stock and system stock.
- Make sure appropriate batch-wise inventory management.
- Classify strict compliance with FIFO policy.
- Ale to check delivery challans reflect accurate batch numbers.
- Able to confirm no expired or old batches remain undispatched without valid justification.
- Evaluate and verify such as delivery challans, gate pass and stock transfer notes.
- Make sure all dispatches are properly recorded in system.
- Classify system posting delays and cooperate with IT and warehouse team members for timely rectification.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ ICMA/ Bachelor’s/ MBA in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
