Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to design, assess and cooperate HVAC systems as per with ASHRAE protocols like ASHRAE 62.1, 55, 170 etc for healthcare environments.
- Make sure fire protection and life safety systems observe with NFPA codes.
- Able to plan, design and evaluate medical gas systems according to NFPA 99 needs.
- Make sure suitable air change rates, pressure variations, filtration levels and humidity/ temperature control for critical hospital sections like Isolation, Labs, ICUs, CSSD, OTs.
- Cooperate with electrical, architectural and biomedical team members to make sure assembled healthcare planning.
- Assess consultant computations, drawings, BOQs and configurations for compliance with protocols and hospital operational needs.
- Deliver technical assistance amid construction, comprising shop drawing evaluation, site examinations and commissioning.
- Make sure appropriate adjusting, testing, and balancing and system commissioning as per with NFPA and ASHRAE needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Mechanical from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
