Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor the planning, implementation, and accomplishment of R&D projects, making sure that budgets, timelines, and aims are fulfilled.
- Handle project resources, comprising tool, personnel, and budget, to increase efficiency and usefulness.
- Cooperate with multi-functional team members, like operations, marketing, and production, to make sure the efficient transition of products from development to selling.
- Supervise the establishment of new products or the advancement of current ones by nurturing invention and creative problem-solving within the team member.
- Make sure that R&D programs arrange with market trends, customer requirements, and the company’s tactic aims.
- Cooperate with product development team member to make run trials, prototypes, and enhance products before commercialization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.E/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Materials, polymer, chemical from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 12 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
