Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable procedures.
- Perform reconciliation bank statements and rectify any differences.
- Keep the GL and make sure all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing measures.
- Make and submit tax returns and other related statutory filings.
- Assist in an external and internal audits by delivering essential documentation and data.
- Able to work closely with other relevant departments to make sure correct and timely financial data.
- Able to communicate efficiently with teams and senior management.
- Support in leading the process enhancement and standardization measures.
- Handle import documentation, comprising making of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other related paperwork.
- Cooperate with clients to get essential information for document making.
- Keep correct records of exports by using ERP software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
