- Build and execute HR tactics and programs arranged with the comprehensive business tactic.
- Able to fill gap between employee and management relations by addressing demands, grievances or other problems.
- Handle the recruitment and selection procedures.
- Assist current and future business requirements via the development, engagement, motivation and safeguarding of human workforce.
- Build and track overall HR tactics, systems, strategies and guidelines throughout the organization.
- Encourage a positive working environment.
- Monitor and handle a performance appraisal system that leads high performance.
- Keep pay plan and benefits program effectively.
- Evaluate training requirements to apply and track training programs.
- Deliver decision support via HR metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Human resource from any reputed university.
- At least have 10+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
