Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the outstanding status of our firm.
- Keep continuous coordination with the state agencies, IRS, and clients.
- Execute tax accesses and onboarding processes for potential clients.
- Possess greatly updated and prepared client documents.
- Working together with other team members to attain shared objectives.
- Handle and supervise the whole accounting team.
- Perform essential training to possess the team’s knowledge and skills up to date.
- Make sure appropriate tax interviews with clients and gather obligatory documents.
- Evaluation of personal and corporate income tax returns to make sure accurateness.
- Guide individuals and business owners about the tax code.
- Monitor the dealing out of federal and state payroll taxes.
- Foster and establish business relations.
- Oversee and provide training junior staff, and other bookkeepers.
- Rectify possible compliance concerns proactively.
- Keep compliance with all federal and state guidelines.
- Provide Reports directly to the Upper Management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as power point, excel, word access.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
