Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make the company’s supply chain tactics impactful.
- Assess information from shipping and offering processes to find blockages and other related problems.
- Analyze and report on KPIs effectively.
- Track logistics to ensure they run efficiently.
- Keep supply chain inventory and records in an organized way.
- Able to train and direct employees.
- Find cost-saving solutions for supply chain procedures.
- Rectify problems that come up like delays in delivery, accidents etc.
- Cooperate with other related departments to make coordinated plans for business development.
- Build and execute safety procedures in all characteristics of the supply chain like usage of trucks, forklifts etc.
- Make sure supply chain processes fulfil legal needs and protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Supply chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 8+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
