- Manage effective junior-level non-technical & technical recruitment and support in senior level hiring.
- Handle sourcing, job postings, screening and interview coordination effectively.
- Make and handle attendance for processing payroll.
- Able to handle HR Software independently.
- Handle employee hiring, onboarding and profile creation and payroll details.
- Keep employee records, biometric attendance enrollment and files.
- Able to draft HR paperwork like experience, offer, confirmation, promotion & increment letters.
- Deliver basic assistance relevant to HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, hr from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
