Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to record quantities, incoming shipments, and quality contrary to purchase orders.
- Keep correct records of inventory levels and daily update the inventory management system.
- Able to tag and label inventory items appropriately and store them in chosen areas to enhance space and access.
- Perform daily stock audits and cycle counts to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
- Make inventory reports for senior management, emphasizing overstock, shortages, or possible risks.
- Cooperate with logistics and procurement team members to make sure stock refill as needed.
- Track stock rotation to avoid expiration or uselessness of items.
- Support in inventory reconciliation amid yearly audits.
- Classify obsolete, damaged, or expired items and report to the Supervisor.
- Keep the hygiene and organization of inventory sections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Commerce from any reputed university.
- At least have 1+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
