Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure of complete execution of the marketing goals via the sales workforce.
- To surpass or get product sales budget and make sure to stay within distribute expense budget.
- Accountable for evaluating and assessing the sales performance in reply to the marketing goals promptly after the closure of the month.
- Deliver encouraging leadership towards sales team of dedicated division to make sure well alignment, improve tactics implementation and sales delivery.
- Accountable for keeping healthy professionals associations with KOLs of the dedicated division.
- Hire, train and support the sales team for accomplishing corporate goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 – 12 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
