Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the yearly budget cycle, quarterly estimates & long-term financial planning.
- Build and handle financial models, budgeting templates, timelines and throughout departmental cooperation frameworks.
- Track budget vs actuals, evaluate variances, classify performance gaps and deliver data lead insights to the management.
- Cooperate with production, supply chain, finance, sales and Sap team members to arrange financial and operational plans.
- Lead constant enhancement in capacity planning, costing & profitability evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
