Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assistant bookkeeping and budgeting processes.
- Make and keep posted records and databases through financial, personnel, and other information.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when essential.
- Reports submission on time and make proposals/ presentations as allocated.
- Communicate office doings and operations to perform competence and acquiescence to company strategies.
- Lead administrative team and allocate duties to make sure performance efficiently.
- Handle plans /appointments/ travel arrangements etc. for management.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence through letters, packages, e-mail etc.
- Provide assist subordinates when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
