Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle, design, build, make and keep small-scale via to large-scale construction projects in a timely, safe, and maintainable manner
- Perform on site examinations and evaluate information like tests, maps, reports, drawings etc.
- Able to follow technical and possibility studies and draw up blueprints that gratify technical conditions.
- Evaluate possible materials, risks, and costs.
- Deliver advice and rectify creatively any developing insufficiencies.
- Monitor and mentor staff and cooperate with a diversity of stakeholders.
- Manage over the outcome structures and services for usage.
- Track progress and accumulate reports in project status.
- Handle budget and purchase materials.
- Obey with strategies and guidelines comprising safety, permits, and provide technical files and other related technical paper work as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc in Civil from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
