Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to understand project conditions and building time budgets and schedules that fulfil them.
- Able to negotiate with sellers and contractors to protect the best prices.
- Able to observe current developments, evaluate staff performance, and addressing shortages consequently.
- Tracking project development, and writing up reports effectively.
- Able to attend and schedule meetings as needed.
- Able to delegate duties and make sure workers receive feedback.
- Understand and meeting all contract needs.
- Cooperate with supervisors, managers, and the rest of the team member.
- Evaluating technical drawings and delivering material and cost estimates.
- Making sure all projects are accomplished on time and within budgets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
