Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Examining perplex financial reports and records effectively.
- Monitoring the seller payments like insurance, purchase goods, duty & clearing expense for overseas and making sure correctness.
- Conducting discrepancy analyses and making account reconciliations.
- Supporting with financial, bank, and tax audits.
- Recording and tracking internal controls.
- Conduct month-end closing processes.
- Evaluate contracts overseas supplied by trading and shipping contract differences work with trading to correct.
- Able to research and accurate any out-of-balance situations among the general journal and sub-ledger.
- Evaluate and record accrued expense, overseas expense, unrealized (Gain)/Loss from exchange rate.
- Examine, amortize, and reconcile accrued accounts effectively.
- Make allocated journal entries and given general ledger reconciliations.
- Able to confirm Account Receivable & Account Payable.
- Evaluate input tax report and withholding tax efficiently.
- Make and report combine like A/C Purchase goods and other related expense.
- Establish and report relevant party transaction.
- Deliver quick reporting and analysis of financial information as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/ACCA/ ICMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
