Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to responsible monitoring the regular operations of biomass collection center which comprises handling the receipt, quality controls, storage and dispatch of biomass stuff.
Make sure effective site operations, obeying to safety & environmental protocols and cooperation with transport and suppliers team members to fulfil collection aims.
Lead regular measures at the biomass collection site.
Schedule and plan incoming biomass deliveries from contractors, suppliers and farmers.
Make sure appropriate receiving, dispatch, weighing and paper work of received biomass.
Handle storage of biomass to stop contamination, spoilage and fire hazards.
Track loading and dispatch of biomass to processing plants.
Lead site staff comprising quality staff, security personnel, weighbridge operators and unloading supervisor.
Cooperate with the logistics team members for dispatch on time.
Monitor maintenance of site equipment like HSE tools, Baler, moisture meters, weighbridges etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Biomass from any reputed university.
At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
