Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to record and procedure all regular purchases in the inventory management system.
- Able to enter cash purchases regular and initiate POs for credit purchases and cooperate with procurement for system issuance on time.
- Gather, organize and submit all cash and credit purchase invoices to finance and procurement to make sure correct seller payments, reporting and reconciliation.
- Track store and kitchen inventory levels to keep efficient stock control.
- Perform regular assessment of kitchen consumption and raw material usage to make sure correct inventory movement and reduced variances.
- Able to record and keep R&D receipts such as approval, update the system make sure recipe standardization and functional correctness.
- Cooperate with finance, store, procurement and kitchen team members to make sure correct inventory monitoring, reporting and cost control throughout all branches.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
