Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to calculate, record, input or process financial information.
- Making customer invoices as per based on accounting processes.
- Able to research and investigate inconsistencies in invoices to evaluate the correctness of charges.
- Able to match payments to invoice numbers or sales orders effectively.
- Managing customer inquiries about billing problems.
- Handling an accounts receivable ledger and accounts receivable box files efficiently.
- Able to submit regular reports to senior management on accounts receivable functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
