- Handle daily operations of the office, comprising scheduling meetings and organizing files, appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Able to contact executives and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Make reports, interpretations, and other related documents for the executives as needed.
- Cooperate travel arrangements for executives and manage relevant logistics.
- Keep a safe and protective working environment by making compliance as per with health and safety protocols.
- Establish and keep the office filing system, comprising electronic and hard copy records.
- Able to process and monitor invoices, purchase orders, and other related financial documents as needed.
- Handle inventory of office supplies and tool and order new supplies as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 1+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
