Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the finishing work on construction sites, making sure that work is accomplished on time and to a high protocol.
- Cooperate with other related contractors and supervisors to make sure that all finishing work is accomplished in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle a team of finishing workers, delivering direction and assist as required to make sure that work is accomplished to the needed standard.
- Make sure that all finishing work is carried out as per with health and safety rules, and that all workers are mentored and equipped to work safely.
- Keep correct records of all finishing work, comprising materials used, and work accomplished, and any related problems or delays encountered.
- Track quality control actions to make sure that all finishing work fulfills the needed protocols, and take accurate action as required.
- Cooperate effectively with clients, reply questions they may have and maintaining them informed of development on the project.
- Classify areas for enhancements in the finishing process, and work with senior management to execute fluctuations that will enhance efficiency and quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Diploma from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
