Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Track and handle regular cash flow to make sure adequate liquidity for operational requirements.
- Monitor and process cash receipts and disbursements, making sure correctness and compliance with company strategies.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to make sure that cash balances are correct and inconsistencies are addressed.
- Make and interpret cash flow estimates and reports to upper management for tactical decision-making.
- Make sure compliance with financial guidelines and internal controls about cash handling and reporting.
- Classify possible cash management risks and build tactics to mitigate them.
- Cooperate with sellers, banks, and internal teams to communicate cash transactions and rectify any problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ D.Com/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
