Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Making of financial statements, estimates and budgets.
- Handle and assess product/ service costing, comprising variance evaluation to deliver insights for enhanced profitability.
- Able to identify and recommend process advancements to increase robustness and correctness within the finance department.
- Make sure compliance as per all tax rules and company guidelines.
- Handle and mentor a team members of junior accountants.
- Perform financial analysis and deliver insights to upper management.
- Cooperate with external and internal auditors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
