Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible to understand project specifications and making time budgets and schedules that fulfil them.
- Perform negotiation with contractors and vendors to get the best prices in the market.
- Able to observe current procedures, assess staff performance, and rectifying differences accordingly.
- Monitoring and analyzing project progress, and effective writing reports.
- Scheduling and attending meetings as needed.
- Able to delegate tasks and making sure workers receive feedback.
- Able to understand and obey all contract needs.
- Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and other related team.
- Assess technical drawings and delivering cost and material estimates.
- Making sure of all projects are completed within budgets on time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least +5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
