Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of OHS rules and regulations.
- Recommend and advise on several safety-relevant topics such as noise levels, use of machinery etc.
- Perform risk evaluation and take preventative actions.
- Evaluate current rule and measures and update as per legislation.
- Start and organize OHS training of executives and employees.
- Assess premises and the work of personnel to classify problems or non-conformity like not utilizing of protective equipment.
- Monitor maintenance, installations, and disposal of substances.
- Prevent any unsafe processes or acts that seem unhealthy or dangerous.
- Able to investigate incidents to analyze causes and manage worker’s compensation claims.
- Make reports on occurrences and deliver statistical information to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least +5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
