Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Track and control accounts payable levels and ageing.
- Coordinate with all approved payables to keep good relation and make sure all invoices are paid within credit terms.
- Make sure of all journal entries are supported with related documents and no omission of journal entries posting to GL.
- Perform ageing evaluation and assess on clearing accounts made by accounts payable team as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate payments, operating expenses and resource distribution to improve financial position.
- Monitor and evaluate financial position by assessing actual results in comparison with forecasts and budgeting.
- Make overall financial reports cost trends, on-budget performance and variances for chief executive officer monthly dashboard.
- Track and assess accrual processes and amounts on a daily basis.
- Make and keep VAT control calculations and accounts.
- Making board reports and estimates for the business to make sure financial position.
- Assemble financial reports and leading month-end procedures.
- Assess the financial performance of the organization and calculate returns on investments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance from International Accounting Standards Board.
- At least have 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
