Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle full hiring processes comprising screening, sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates. Along with recruitment managers to offer major talent to the organization.
  • Communicate the deliver procedure arranged with the company rewards procedure, encompassing benefits and negotiating salaries with new talent.
  • Support efficient combination of new candidates by forming orientation program and make sure accomplishment of necessary documentation, deliver appropriate tools etc.
  • Supervise employer branding advantages comprising recruitment events and job fairs, social media promotions etc.
  • Generate performance management procedures and monitor goals setting, mid-year evaluation and year-end considerations.
  • Assistance in perform exit interviews and make effective off-boarding procedure.
  • Communicate development and employee training programs.
  • Manage employee complaints and handle disciplinary act process.
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives like iftar, annual picnic, sports activities etc.
  • Make and declare all types of HR coordination like promotions, transfers, hiring, on-boarding etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s in relevant field from any reputed university.
  • At least 5 – 6 years of experience in similar roles in industry.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle hiring using numerous interview methods and assessment techniques.
  • Good familiarity with resume database, social media and professional networks.
  • Robust in using Microsoft Office like Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • Able to interrelate with all type of the organization and across many purposes.
