Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the accounting team member, delivering direction, training, and professional growth chances to nurture a high-performance principles.
- Lead method of enhancements and automation tasks to escalation competence and efficiency within the general accounting processes.
- Make and assessment monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for upper management and monitoring compliance.
- Perform daily financial examination, classify trends, and deliver insights to upper management for decision-making determinations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assist in forecasting and budgeting actions, make sure correctness and fulfilment to financial goals.
- Handle the annual external audit procedure, deliver compulsory documentation, and rectify any audit results or advises.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and modifications in accounting standards, evaluate the effect on the company’s financial reporting and execution essential informs.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of the general accounting processes, comprising the management and direction of a team of accounting specialists.
- Make sure the correctness and truthfulness of financial records, comprising the make and evaluation of account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Establish and execute accounting strategies and processes to improve internal controls and streamline methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have FCMA qualified.
- At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
