Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understand the quantitative and qualitative parameters of all crops.
- Strong information about plant and agronomy genetics.
- Make demonstrations that deliver valuable examination, classify essential action matters, and efficiently structure verdicts to be prepared.
- Classify and exploration differences to budget, forecast, and previous-year expenditures, proactively classifying chances for enhancement.
- Make and keep positive associations with business partners and cross-functional team members at all hierarchy of the business.
- Monitor financial budgeting, reporting and estimating.
- Make sure of governing compliance and obey to regulations.
- Improve ERP systems for financial handling.
- Deliver tactical insights via data-driven evaluation.
- Classify and recognize business vulnerabilities; plan and generate solutions.
- Coordinate directly with the finance team members and FP&A team to cooperate on goals, metrics, and business assessments.
- Jump into financial information and turn out to be a subject matter expert to deliver extra understandings.
- Handle on corporate initiatives and projects that influence the whole business.
- Supervise the annual budgeting procedures, comprising the making of annual budget and merging of departmental budgets.
- Build and execute financial tactics arranged as per with business aims.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CPA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 10+ years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office and accounting Software like ERP.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
