Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reply quickly and professionally to client concerns and inquiries through, email, chat channels and phone.
- Competently and correctly resolve client matters, comprising but not limited to technical difficulties, account inquiries, and transaction disputes.
- Instruct and inform customers regarding the bank’s products and services, encouraging cross-selling and upselling prospects when the time is an appropriate.
- Support clients with account maintenance responsibilities such as address changes, password resets, and account updates.
- Make sure all communications and dealings obey with bank rules, dealings, and regulatory strategies.
- Perform or exceed recognized performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Stay knowledgeable regarding the bank’s products, services, and industry movements to deliver up-to-date statistics toward customers.
- Cooperate with team members and other bank departments to resolve difficult customer matters and progress complete customer service.
- Offer feedback and awareness to management about common customer matters and potential procedure enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
