Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the logistical needs of a project.
- Able to delegate work to colleagues within your team members.
- Able to meet daily with third parties, clients, and other related managers to report on progress.
- Able to set targets, aims and duties for all supervised staff.
- Daily reviewing budget, timings, risk, labour, and project plans to make sure work stays on pathway.
- Able to set and agree budgets.
- Performing site visits to examine work, review materials and make sure staff are following health and safety protocols.
- Able to deal with contracts and investigating the implication of any issues.
- Making sure the delivery of high-quality work within contract periods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc in Architectural, civil, from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
