Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle and keep accounting records, comprising accounts receivable and payable, GL, and other financial information.
- Perform reconciliation credit card statements, bank statements, and other financial accounts daily.
- Make and evaluate financial statements to deliver insights and suggestions to the Finance Manager.
- Cooperate with other related departments to collect financial data and make sure correctness of data.
- Make sure compliance as per with all local, and federal financial authorities.
- Support in the making of the yearly budget and financial predictions.
- Deliver support maid audits and tax preparation.
- Rectify accounting differences and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct other responsibilities as given by the Finance Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
