Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to formulate and implement financial tactic arrange with business goals.
- Make estimating, budgeting and financial planning procedures with high correctness.
- Make sure compliant and timely financial reporting as per with suitable protocols.
- Keep compliance with all tax statutory and regulatory needs.
- Handle working capital, cash flows, and enhance capital structure.
- Cooperate with financial institutions, auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor manufacturing finance, comprising capacity usage, batch-wise costing and variance analysis.
- Execute efficient costing systems, making sure correct distribution of indirect and direct costs such as FOH.
- Track supply chain, inventory cost and working capital robustness throughout WIP, raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist pricing decisions via comprehensive product-wise profitability and margin analysis.
- Lead cost enhancement programs and functional efficiency throughout manufacturing and assistance operations.
- Make sure robustness usage of ERP systems for financial costing, control and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CA inter.
- At least have 6+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
