Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supporting with end-to-end payroll dealing out and management.
Compute and authenticating employee benefits, salaries, and deductions as per with company strategies, employment contracts, and legal guidelines.
Making sure timely and correct data entry of payroll data, comprising employee information, timesheets, and attendance records, to keep accurate payroll records.
Able to respond on time to employee investigations and concerns about their payroll.
Able to generate payroll reports, like tax reports, payroll summaries, and labor cost analyses.
Supporting in payroll tax computations, deductions, and submissions to make sure compliance as per with local, and federal tax guidelines.
Performing daily audits and confirmations of payroll information to classify and resolve any mistakenness and inconsistencies.
Assisting the execution and integration of new payroll systems.
Take part in process enhancement advantages.
Establishing and keeping positive relations with payroll service vendors.
Cooperating closely with the Finance and HR team members to exchange related payroll data and rectify payroll-related problems.
Staying informed with the latest payroll guidelines, tax laws, and labor protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s in human resource from any reputed university.
At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
