Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor the end-to-end accounts receivable process, comprising cash application, invoicing, and collections.
- Make sure correct and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of differences.
- Handle customer accounts, track aging reports and reduce overdue receivables.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and current customers by examining financial information and credit reports.
- Build and keep credit limits and terms for customers as per with company guidelines.
- Track and handle credit risks to less bad debt exposure.
- Execute efficient collection tactics to less outstanding receivables and enhance cash flow.
- Rectify escalated customer problems and issues with professionalism and competence.
- Able to foster robust relations with customers to make sure satisfaction and timely payment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ACCA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
