Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the formulation and growth of new products, comprising performing market research and classifying new tools and skills.
- Build and implement product testing plans, comprising stability and compatibility testing, and present outcomes.
- Make sure compliance as per with regulatory needs, comprising FDA and global guidelines, and keep updated information of industry regulations and procedures.
- Cooperate with multi-functional teams, comprising operations, marketing, and quality declaration, to make sure products fulfil customer requirements and are manufactured efficiently.
- Handle and guide junior R&D team and deliver technical direction and assistance.
- Make and offer interpretation to external and internal stakeholders to communicate product development advancement and outcomes.
- Keep correct records of processes, experiments, and outcomes as per with SOPs.
- Build and keep relations with external vendors to source technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.E/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Materials, polymer, chemical from any reputed university.
- At least have 4– 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
