Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and mentor a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives to generate performance.
Make and execute region-particular sales tactics to fulfil and surpass company sales aims.
Perform daily performance reviews and deliver training to sales representatives to improve their productivity and skills.
Set and track person and team sales aims, making sure arrangement as per company’s big objectives.
Coordinate with other department teams, comprising public health, marketing and medical affairs, to customize sales programs and campaigns that efficiently fulfil customer needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Pharm D or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
