Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Deliver proficiency in construction agreements and FIDIC contracts, comprising lump-sum, cost-plus, time and material structures etc.
Make and evaluate detailed cost forecasts for MEP and civil systems, comprising equipment, labor, materials and overheads.
Perform validation of interim payment certificates.
Review bar bending schedules and make correct cost estimates.
Handle financial positions of construction projects, making sure arrangement with cash flow and budget needs.
Evaluate MEP-particular needs, like electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems and make sure correct prediction.
Make, monitor and change project budgets in overall the construction lifecycle.
Keep records of change orders, cost differentiations and budget reports for MEP and civil parts.
Use of cost management tools like Autocad, revit, procare and Microsoft excel for monitoring and reporting.
Coordinate with procurement, design and project management team members to enhance cost efficiency throughout all parts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Diploma of Associate engineer or BSc degree in civil engineering from any reputed university.
At least have 10 years of experience in similar role.
Strong knowledge about construction materials and methodologies.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
