Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to check and verify bills, receivables, invoices, vouchers, payables, bank transactions, payments, and assisting documents to make sure correctness and compliance.
- Keep cash and bank records and make monthly bank reconciliation statements effectively.
- Able to verify GL, advances, and relevant accounting records.
- Able to verify stock records as per with issue requisitions and supporting paperwork.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable measures.
- Keep appropriate records of credit sales, adjustments, collections, and customer ledgers.
- Able to verify distributor discounts, commissions, and other sales-relevant adjustments.
- Able to verify distributor claims submitted to the Company, received bills, and make sure timely and correct adjustments.
- Support in making monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, comprising Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Receipt & Payment Statement, Balance Sheet, and relevant reports.
- Cooperate with related departments to gather, verify, and reconcile financial and function data.
- Keep confidentiality, correctness, and integrity amid managing financial data and documents.
- Make sure proper filing, documentation, and preservation of accounts-relevant records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ Bachelor’s in Accounting, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
