Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Classify the patient’s problem/ need and make plan for nurse care.
- Perform any other task given by the nursing manager.
- Protection of administration of blood, medication & blood products.
- Handling patient’s event, document receiving notes and progress.
- Review and recording of the significant sign.
- Managing and handle the patients such as medication, check patient file and investigation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Matric/ LPN Diploma and Current PNC Registration or relevant field.
- DOH exam passed/ License Holders is preferred.
- At least have 1+ year of relevant experience in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
