Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source and assess suppliers, negotiate contracts and make sure cost-saving tactics.
- Handle purchase orders, monitor deliveries and track inventory to avoid shortages.
- Support line manage for the buying of products and services at top reliable price with delivery, quality and payment terms according to total cost of ownership perception.
- Sustain and maintain source of data, trends, supply channels, products/service ranges, buying patterns etc.to make sure the readiness of products and services as per needs.
- Manage the procurement to pay procedure at assigned level.
- Handle the whole process cycle comprising source selection, payment mechanism, source identification, contract management, price negotiation etc. with the necessary permission.
- Assess supplier performance metrics, build and negotiate appropriate conditions and terms with suppliers.
- Retain documents of all procurement related transactions and attain trackers with correctness for functional actions and future situations to make sure compliance with accounting procedures and organizational strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
