Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain Inventory items as per store and location procedure.
- Make sure deposit of E-filing of Salary tax returns on timely basis.
- Effectively handle employees’ personal folder and maintain record on up-to-date.
- Liable for cash revenue acknowledgement on regular basis and reconciliation.
- Support in external audit procedure for on time completion of statutory audit needs of Company & PF accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and record banking transactions timely basis.
- Submission of VAT return filing and reports to upper management.
- Provide assistance in managing payroll accounting regarding employees’ allowances.
- Support in making of monthly payroll and related accounts tasks.
- Handle accounts receivables and payables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA / ACMA and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 year of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office like word, powerpoint & excel.
- Good knowledge about report writing and financial statement analysis.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
