Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle and monitor the payables processes, make sure correct and timely handling of all vendor payments as per compliance with company rules and financial stability.
Lead the accounts payable team member, delivering direction, training, and assist to make sure exceptional productivity and performance.
Track the confirmation and handling of supplier invoices, make sure correctness and extensiveness in all entries.
Make sure the timely settlement of accounts payable ledgers as per suppliers’ provided statements, classifying and determining any differences.
Manage difficult and high-value payments, comprising those concerning foreign currencies, make sure compliance with company rules and controlling necessities.
Coordinate with sellers and internal departments to rectify and determination payment-relevant enquiries and arguments.
Make and examine cash flow reports, estimating payment plans and make sure appropriate liquidity for well-timed payments.
Monitor the compliance of all payable dealings with tax guidelines, comprising withholding taxes and other related statutory needs.
Create daily reports on accounts payable actions, comprising outstanding liabilities, aging reports, and vendor payment pasts for upper management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have ACCA finalist or part-qualified Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant industry.
At least 2 – 3 years in a management or supervisory roles particularly in textile or manufacturing.
Expertise in SAP-ECC or other ERP systems relevant to payables management.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
