Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process revenue requisitions for ongoing assignments, making sure correctness and compliance as per contractual terms.
- Make and report receivables aging, enlighten overdue accounts and track customer payment trends.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of unbilled and billed amounts, making sure correctness financial records.
- Actively follow-up with clients for outstanding payments, rectifying disputes and making sure collections timely.
- Support the financial reporting team in monthly closings, making sure receivables information is correct reflected in financial statements.
- Monitor and report customers agreements, making sure invoicing arrange as per negotiated terms.
- Classify probable credit risks and coordinate with sales and finance team members to examine exposure.
- Constant enhance receivables management procedures to enhance cash flow and less collection cycles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA and MBA Degree in Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
