Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build presentations for the Board of Executives over new banking, accounting, and production software to handle finances relevant to those sections.
- Support Company branches in promptly approving loans.
- Keeps cost accounting, general accounting, receivables and payables, and general ledger reconciliation via the team.
- Make sure suitable cash flow to satisfy business needs by handling the company’s reporting, cash flow estimations, and balance sheet items.
- Tracks the organization’s banking activity and keeps bank balances.
- Able to assign time-sensitive duties to employees.
- Evaluate financial-relevant contracts with the legal department.
- Keep a follow-up system with customers and inspire referrals.
- Able to understand all of the company’s finance products and stay updated with the financial markets.
- Making and allocation of financial reports of the company to senior management.
- Recommend departments with budgeting questions and requirements.
- Monitor the daily payments of company loans making sure they are on time and of the accurate amount.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
