- Support in making performance aims, assessment metrics and nurturing an outcome-driven ethics.
- Assist in surveys, employee engagement and progression development efforts.
- Coordinate with department heads to establish concise, proficiency as per job descriptions.
- Conduct networking events, job fairs and campus hiring drives with support in orientation programs.
- Assist in Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and execute development and leaning activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA degree in Human Resource, Business or relevant from any reputed university.
- At least 2+ years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
