Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the merchandising team members with daily product management actions comprising costing of products.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and design team members to make product materials and presentations.
- Keeping latest information about industry trends and top practices.
- Expertise in using MS Office and possess proficiency in email writing skills.
- Making and keeping associations with sellers.
- Support in production and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Provide support in execution of the visual merchandising tactics.
- Track customer feedback and delivering feedback towards merchandiser.
- Track sales performance and delivering daily reports to upper management.
- Make and execute visual merchandising tactics to improve the complete appearance and feel of retail stores.
- Make attractive displays that exhibits our products in an appealing and engaging manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing team member to make sure that visual merchandising tasks as per with advertising campaigns and seasonal themes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least 4 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
