Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day accounting functions and make sure correct and timely recording of financial transactions effectively.
- Make and evaluate financial statements, schedules, management reports, and other related accounting reports.
- Handle GL measures, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/annual-end closing measures.
- Track accounts receivable, payments, accounts payable, receipts, and outstanding balances efficiently.
- Conduct daily bank, seller, customer, and other related account reconciliations and rectify inconsistencies.
- Make sure compliance as per with appropriate accounting protocols, company guideline, tax needs, and statutory regulations.
- Support in budgeting, estimating, financial evaluation, and variance analysis as needed.
- Keep correct financial records and make sure appropriate documentation of accounting transactions.
- Cooperate with external departments and internal consultants about accounting and financial matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ACCA/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
