Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to training, hiring and inspiring accounting staff members whereas leading and delegating department duties.
- Assessing, building, and enhancing department systems, controls, and processes that increase correctness and efficiency.
- Monitoring the regular measures of the accounting department and making sure that all major month-end, projects, and year-end reports are accomplished correctly and on time.
- Making sure that all accounting processes arrange with GAAP and latest financial regulation.
- Examining financial information and making reports for stakeholders, management, and external parties, like lenders.
- Keeping correct and comprehensive financial records and taking part in audits or reconciliations, as required.
- Supporting other related departments as they build tactics, build goals, and make decisions that could have a financial implication on the business.
- Keeping updated about the new developments in the finance industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
