Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform daily HSE examinations and risk assessments of office floors to classify hazards and suggest accurate measures.
- Assist in establishing a variety of assurance operations, comprising making of policy & procedures development, daily updating of procedures & policy, performing operational evaluations and process assessments.
- Assist in development, assessments & updating of company’s HSE Risk Management system and make sure appropriate planning for safe implementation via risk assessment and other related environmental management equipment and track the execution of the suggestions to less the acknowledged risks via uninterrupted follow-ups.
- Make sure all fire safety systems, alarms, emergency exits, first aid tool and evacuation protocols are compliant and functional.
- Cooperate and perform constant safety drills, comprising fire and evacuation drills, in partnership with building management.
- Make sure appropriate housekeeping, waste management, ergonomics, and indoor air quality.
- Assist in incident examinations, make reports and make sure timely closure of accurate and precautionary measures.
- Perform HSE induction and constant training sessions for new and current staff.
- Cooperate with building management and sellers on safety-relevant stuffs, comprising contractor safety, escalator examinations, HVAC maintenance, etc.
- Keep HSE documentation and records with audit and compliance needs.
- Able to promote a proactive HSE culture via mindfulness campaigns and constant engagement with employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have DAE/ Bachelor’s in HSE from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 6 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
